2. Service Limitations
MarineHistoryChecks provides historical data indexed from official maritime registries. While we maintain a 99.9% data integrity rate, our reports are provided for informational intelligence and should be supplemented by physical marine surveys where high-value transactions are involved.
3. Intellectual Property
All proprietary algorithms, data visualization methods, and report formats are the exclusive intellectual property of MarineHistoryChecks. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial redistribution of our data structures is strictly prohibited under international copyright law.
4. Liability Boundary
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarineHistoryChecks shall not be held liable for any decisions made based on the provided data. Our liability is limited to the cost of the single report acquired during the transaction in question.
